The Georgia vs Alabama finale, Charles Barkley is losing his mind

We seriously need to shrink this playoff bracket down, like to 6 or 8 teams max

And what on earth were they doing out there in Oklahoma? Why aren't you just feeding the ball to Mayfield? 🙏

Just imagine if it were UCF; the board would be getting absolutely roasted right now for scheduling Auburn 🙏

And naturally, Alabama 🤮

First off, yeah, I'm watching. Second, if I actually survive sitting through four hours of the first game without losing my mind, we'll see.

Check out this hype reel for tomorrow's showdown between Texas and USC

Any real college football fanatic is going to be thinking back to that 2006 Rose Bowl. That was the one everyone points to when they talk about the greatest championship game ever played between these two programs

Look, neither of these teams has really lived up to that level lately, but Americans live for the nostalgia, so you know the hype surrounding this matchup is going to be insane

Nimčič's defense is totally overrated anyway

It’s basically just a race to the bottom anyway

Paul Chase95 said:How do you even tackle these issues without falling back on the way Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović handled that question about the locksmith—just pure evasion? It was such a massive blunder, and honestly, that single moment alone disqualifies her from actually leading the country. If she’d just been blunt and said, "He was a criminal, a mass murderer, and the face of an evil totalitarian regime," people would have respected the honesty. But no, instead we got the classic political dance: "Oh, he’s certainly a historical figure," "We can view his legacy in two different stages," "We should acknowledge his certain statesmanlike achievements..." All that was missing was some tear-jerking anecdote about the Mississippi River.

I don't follow everything, but if I did, I'd absolutely shred that "he's certainly a historical figure" nonsense first.

It sounds just like Zajec trying to break down football players.🙏 🤣

brightpilot6 said:Actually, it does. For instance, our leader recently tried to claim that AARP is some sort of traditional American greeting.

Give me a break. She immediately followed up by saying we shouldn't even use it because it’s picked up some negative vibes now.😁

I don't care for it one bit, but if you look back at that same interview she did with ABC a while ago, she made it pretty clear that people should stay away from using it.

Anthony Jackson2 said:Since we’re talking about Kolinda, has anyone noticed how she's been relentlessly pushing her travel diaries and tour stories in the media since getting back from her last trip? I swear I just saw some massive headline in Glorija about her "New Zealand Travel Journal" or something similar. It's probably the most blatant attempt at damage control I've ever seen—especially after she tried to pass off her antics in the USA as state secrets.

Wait, does anyone actually have a clue what she was even doing over there? 🤣

ironpanther5 said:Look, I mean, obviously they should have some kind of influence on society. There’s really no debate there, but honestly, seeing all those signs claiming we aren't a secular nation just drives me absolutely insane. It’s ridiculous because if a local chess club had half the membership that RKC does, they’d be pulling weight too. At the end of the day, it all boils down to them—it’s entirely up to how much of that influence they decide to weaponize for positive outcomes versus how much they want to use for negative externalities in their work.
For crying out loud, we aren't even a damn theocracy, so what on earth are we doing?

It’s actually pretty wild when you think about it, but there are tons of scientists out there who spend their entire lives obsessively studying the Bible, mostly because they're trying to wrap their heads around how much it has shaped society over the centuries—you've got mathematicians looking at patterns, linguists dissecting the syntax, and all sorts of other specialists just diving deep into its influence on the world we live in today.
I honestly have no clue what that course is actually about—it might just be some sneaky religious studies class in disguise, but who even knows? Honestly, it would be hilarious if one of those Ferovac supporters over on the forums signed up for it just so they could give us their unfiltered, "enlightened" take at the end of the semester. 😁

Some guy from the forums who took the course told me it's basically just a massive joke most of the time. 😁

Which really begs the question: if this course has been sitting at a major tech university for decades, why is everyone just finding out about it now?

The new season is officially underway, and man, three different Texas squads just absolutely imploded.

We’ve got Texas getting handled by Maryland, and Texas A&M getting dismantled by UCLA—and get this, they actually surrendered a 28:0 run in the fourth quarter alone, losing 45:44 overall. 🤣

But honestly? The absolute clown show of the weekend was Baylor getting torched by Liberty. Vegas had Baylor as massive favorites, giving them better than five touchdowns of cushion, and they still managed to choke it away in a 48:45 loss.

Just to quote some guy over on Reddit
There's actually an argument about which Texas team had the worst weekend where one of them lost to LIBERTY.

Alabama, though? Business as usual.

Between Tabitha and that annoying little blonde—Charity, I think her name was—there’s gotta be over a thousand episodes if I'm counting right. 🙏

Honestly, until now, I genuinely thought Americans didn't even watch soap operas. 😁

As for Homeland, that first season is a massive peak. It’s rare to see a drama get binge-watched like that in one go, but man, they really dragged the second season out forever. By the third season, you’ll probably just watch the pilot and realize it's totally lost its way 🤷

I recently started watching BoJack Horseman, and honestly, what a masterpiece 🙏

Jeffrey Morales27 said:Anyone catch "I'll Always Love You"? That one with Gilda, Mauricio, and the rest of the crew. A total classic. 👍

Man, oh man, Gilda Gomez 🙏

That was probably the first soap opera where you could actually believe the romance was real. Back in the day, nothing ever got missed during those afternoon marathons.

Then you had the major networks blasting shows like Pasion de, Norma, Ximena, and Sara—you know, that whole mess with three sisters getting tangled up with three brothers. After that, nov kreniti hit the airwaves, featuring that powerhouse duo Saul Lisazo and Gabriel, and don't even get me started on the legendary uklet Mariana. Pure gold.

But honestly? čarolija iznad sav still takes the cake. Just that Life clinic vibe and that killer opening theme. 😍
