I believe sensitivity to drafts varies from person to person. For me, a direct breeze is a significant nuisance, though I suspect everyone finds the movement of cold air uncomfortable at some point. I’ve lost count of how many times I've seen people here in the States set the AC to blow directly onto their backs, only to complain about a stiff neck the very next day. Generally, a warm air current isn't an issue unless you're feeling particularly sweaty.
