It's the frustration of having to carry my bike over the Brooklyn Bridge that gets me! 🙂
Since I work from home, I don't have a commute, but I do have meetings in the neighboring district.
I am not sure about your experiences, but it is frustrating that there isn't a smarter solution for the Golden Gate Bridge, forcing us to carry our bikes up the stairs. My bike is quite heavy for me; I can manage it, but it would be much better if it were designed like the mid-sized bridges, such as the one near Vitez Holjevac, allowing for easy access to the city. That little downhill stretch from the middle of the bridge toward Carnegie Hall is wonderful. 🙂
cross, you really crossed the line 🙂 🙂 This is a space for people who want to vent and find comfort among others who are also hurting. And there is nothing wrong with that! Absolutely nothing. 😁 😁

Does anyone else have that sensation like you're about to get your period? My ovaries have been acting up for a few days now. Nothing painful, just an occasional irritation...
Same here... though I suspect it might be due to PCOS?
By the way, my period passed. It wasn't as brutal as last month, but since I had a cold at the same time, I was basically out of commission again...
Greetings from bed. Ketoral and Japanese anime. Likely a double cheeseburger for dinner. Since we are already in a slump, we should look for positive thoughts. Or just sleep all day and think about nothing at all.
The situation isn't ideal, but having too much advice can actually be the cure for a messy mix... I would suggest evaluating your needs on a month-by-month basis regarding when to skip a pill before your period. If the pain starts a week early—which happens to me too, though not severe enough to require medication—try reducing your intake. For instance, you could wait until the fifth day instead of the seventh. Additionally, taking half a pill instead of a full one can help with the psychological aspect.
It is clear you are dealing with a significant issue, and I admire that you’ve been proactive in trying different things. However, if you are taking pills for about two weeks every single month, you will run into new problems. You risk stomach ulcers or other complications, and eventually, the medication may stop working altogether.😢
Do not start taking those new pills from your friend without a doctor's supervision...
I am unsure of your fitness level, but regular physical activity would benefit your overall health and help with this specific issue... Also, masturbation🙂 is a proven method.🙂
People here definitely get it. We all deal with the same struggles.
What I believe could help you—to soften the blow rather than fix the issue entirely—is the post from the day before Menzies and the period during his tenure. Whenever we eat at the dining hall, our digestion seems to speed up regardless of what’s on the menu. We find ourselves heading to the restroom constantly. I have started noticing a distinct difference between my menstrual cramps and my digestive issues. Even though they tend to overlap during my period, making them hard to separate, the distinction is definitely there. That day I barely ate anything, let alone a full meal. It was actually much better because I avoided all those digestive complications that always seem to pop up. Maybe it’s just me since I've dealt with gut issues since I was two years old. But if you aren't a petite girl weighing 90 pounds, definitely try eating significantly less the day before and through the first two days. Then run the test.
To those with experience: please help me out! I am feeling quite unstable at the moment. I will sit at my computer for ten minutes and then suddenly feel the need to lie down. I am experiencing bouts of sweating and dizzy spells. I know I will feel like a whole new person in just a few days. After four days of rest and recovery, I am wondering if I can safely board my flight tomorrow with a two-hour layover and make it to Spain in one piece. I am genuinely concerned that I won't be able to handle either the altitude or the long waits at the airport. 😢 I am quite experienced with air travel and generally find flying to be an absolute joy. However, I am feeling rather anxious this time around.
