So, I’m on the hunt for a GP, specifically someone based in the Miami area.

I've finally reached the point where I have to stop ignoring one of my old health issues—you know how it goes—so my doctor really needs to be someone who can handle all my specific quirks, anxieties, and general rambling without judging me too hard. 😁

Also, if anyone has a solid recommendation for a dermatologist (or a venereologist), feel free to shout. Private practice is totally fine by me.

Has anyone here actually dealt with student loans lately? I’m looking for some real-world, recent experiences—not just the fine print from a brochure.
I just need a modest amount to cover my tuition and basic living expenses... honestly, if the economy weren't such a mess right now, maybe I could just borrow it from someone, but nobody has anything to spare these days.

My doctor finally sent me over to a specialist, and let me tell you—it was a total joke. I walk in and there are these two guys in their sixties just staring at me from across the room, acting like they know everything about my life. One of them actually looks me dead in the eye and says, "Miss, you really shouldn't be wearing those tight jeans. Just rub some Vaseline on it and you'll be fine." 🙄
