Anyone worked with Accenture before?

I recently downloaded this fantastic little utility for handling AVI files and subtitles, specifically "Accenture". However, I’ve hit a bit of a snag. Once I load the movie and the subtitle file, everything seems fine until I hit the additions button. After that, in the subtitles field, the subtitle settings option remains completely greyed out. It won't let me click it at all, which means I'm stuck being unable to adjust the font size to my liking.
Does anyone happen to know what might be causing this issue?
