I’ve been dealing with this exact same thing for about a month and a half now, though in my case, my doctor chalked it up to thyroid issues since we haven't started any formal treatment yet. I'm curious about your experiences because even after I cut out coffee entirely, I’m still getting hit with these sudden episodes. I know deep down it’s stress-related—I’m trying everything under the sun to just relax and find some calm—but it keeps creeping back in no matter what. The flu this year is genuinely brutal—I was just typing about it myself. About twenty days ago, I got hit with a fever; for three days it sat at 103°F, and even then, I could barely get it down to 101°F. Now, twenty days later, I'm dealing with side effects, mainly being unable to eat anything. Just be prepared for some weight loss. I know that isn't much comfort, but at least you know what's coming. For me, the throat wasn't the issue—you really need to see a doctor!!! Hope you feel better fast.😉

When I said my throat hurt, I didn't mean that sharp, "I can't swallow" kind of stinging sensation; it’s more of this deep, localized ache just below the tonsils. I did read somewhere that the flu can really dry out your respiratory tract, so that might be what's going on. I'm heading to see my doctor tomorrow, so I'll definitely bring it up and see what they think.

My throat isn't actually bothering me, so I don't really have any use for Septolete right now. As for the fruit and water—well, that’s pretty much my entire diet lately. Getting anything else down feels like an uphill battle; I force myself to scrape together at least a little something for lunch, maybe some chicken noodle soup or something light, because solid food just won't go down. By the evening, I'll manage some fruit, and I'm constantly sipping water. It’s all fine, really, but since I’ve never struggled with my appetite like this before, it did make me a little uneasy. I can't tell if it's just the flu drying everything out or something else entirely. It's actually getting to the point where it feels like food can't even make its way down properly once I take a bite.

I finally kicked this flu, but ever since it hit me about three weeks ago, I haven’t been able to eat a thing. Everything seems fine while I’m busy prepping breakfast or lunch—my eyes are watering just thinking about it—but the second I actually take that first bite, it feels like my throat just clamps shut and nothing will go down. He just finished his semen analysis, and the results were basically a ghost town—not a single one found. It’s hard to tell if the body isn't producing them at all or if there's some internal issue killing them off along the way, but honestly, there's such a massive mountain of testing still ahead of us that it's left him feeling pretty drained and emotionally wiped out. It’s definitely stress—at least, that's what my neurologist told me. When there's too much noise rattling around in your head, it eventually has to find an exit somewhere.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of the same stuff lately. It’s mostly this constant brain fog centered right behind my forehead, coupled with poor circulation and this weird weakness in my hands—which I’m pretty sure is just the blood flow acting up. On top of that, I get these sudden waves of restlessness that just take over my whole body. I actually went to see a neurologist about it, and they prescribed me some Baclofen at 2mg just to help ease the muscle stiffness I've developed from all of this. But if you ask me, nothing compares to how debilitating that "foggy head" feeling is; it’s this terrifying sensation where you feel like you’re losing control over your own movements, even though I know logically that I am still in charge. My doctor keeps insisting it’s all just physical manifestations of extreme stress and that things will settle down eventually, though I have to say, that sounds incredibly far off from where I am right now.

Have you thought about seeing a neurologist? I was dealing with those exact same symptoms at the same time you were, and honestly, they haven't really let up yet. I went to see a specialist and they put me on Normabale; I've finished two doses so far, but it hasn't done much for me. I’m still getting these bizarre pains in my head right around my ears. 👎Oh, and just for the record, my blood work is absolutely flawless, too.
