Regarding the advertisement issue: the user asked about Alice or AT&T; they had zero interest in Verizon. Yet, you kept pushing Verizon. Since you mentioned you work for Verizon (whether that’s true or not doesn't matter to me, it was your own post), I consider it an ad. In any other thread where someone asks about providers generally or specifically about Verizon, you've jumped in without being warned or having your posts deleted.

In the Verizon thread, I explicitly warn people not to post one right after another.
