That said... doing what's mentioned above could mess with your system stability, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Benjamin King2 said:Worst case scenario, the device just won't work... which driver are we even talking about here?

William Green4 said:Is it better to go with a PDF or just stick to a dedicated thread on Home Depot? That’s the real question here.
William Green4 said:No, they're asking about it somewhere else...
And you were supposed to send some greetings my way...
William Green4 said:People have called him out on that fact more than once—back when you were still playing in the sandbox.

William Green4 said:I am, actually. I try to be civil, unlike your aggressive tone.
William Green4 said:Since I heard that posting about the President isn't even a crime anymore, I'm really itching to post about how the mods handle things in the Democratic Party....

I only realized later that the signature is a saint compared to your grammar...
William Green4 said:I know, but it just doesn't work for the users...
William Green4 said:Well, when people start asking about problems elsewhere, you just have to point them back to your PDF and all that invaluable expertise of yours...
I guess you just have to justify why you know so much and why you get to decide what's actually on topic and what isn't....
Anyway, I'm done with the generalities with you.
William Green4 said:Basically, this pattern of behavior is well-known....
The mods troll the thread, then the admin comes in and locks it down, claiming everything has already been said...
Enjoy.....
William Green4 said:This is getting personal, especially since you caught me in a lie.
I told you this using my old handle.
But you just have to stick to your guns, don't you?
William Green4 said:I've been disappointed by your intelligence for a while now, and this just confirms it once again.
William Green4 said:Now you're going to start recycling that tired old joke about fake mods being used to hunt down clones.
William Green4 said:You're mistaken; I won't be anywhere near the PDF Internet discussions as long as you're busy lecturing everyone there.
William Green4 said:you don't really know the situation.
That shouldn't be an excuse.
Besides, if moderators on this forum get to decide what counts as "cultured" behavior, then granitefox16 deserves an award for politeness.
There are plenty of much worse examples among the moderators themselves.
And honestly, you shouldn't just blame the internet; you should spit on telecom providers in general. They’re all just run by the same old corrupt crooks.
If you need arguments, I can provide them, but not here on this forum where the arrogance of ignorant moderators reigns supreme.
I won't include you in that, though, so you don't get the wrong idea...

Rules do make sense to a degree. I've spent enough time writing and reading online to know that every third post can turn into pure vulgarity. No matter how good the argument is, it still ruins the tone of the discussion it was meant for.
But then again, Edge is right—he should be allowed to vent about whoever he wants whenever he wants, provided he has a legitimate reason. Preventing that would essentially be stifling free speech and killing the discussion itself, because people need to share useful info about certain providers. If it's okay to criticize Bernie Sanders, Mike Krzyzewski, a lipstick brand, Lady Gaga, or whatever else, I don't see why there should be an exception here.
The solution isn't just to slap a rule in the books and start handing out bans, especially since this forum is supposed to be a place for expressing opinions. Plus, rules like these are way too subjective. What we really need is more active moderation if we want to actually find a balance.
