Does anyone actually know how to snag that 50% discount based on a parent's policy? What are the requirements for that? I was at the Europe office during the tech fair last year and they straight up told me I wouldn't qualify.
So I swung by State Farm today to ask about transferring an insurance policy from my parents over to my own name—basically trying to carry over their safe driver discount. The woman behind the desk basically told me it’s a non-starter. Does anyone actually know what the requirements are to make this happen?
