Hey. I've got Windows 10 running on an SSD. A long time ago, I made an image backup of my C drive, and I just tried restoring it today. Now, I'm stuck with a boot issue.
The image restored fine, but now I can't boot up like I used to. Here’s a shot of what's happening:

The only way I can actually get into the OS is by turning on Legacy support in the BIOS. It boots, but it feels different—way slower than before. Here's what my BIOS looks like:

How do I get it back to booting the way it did originally?

Thanks

Nah, you gotta pull the whole bottom panel off. There are 10 screws holding it together.

The shop I bought this from won't touch the RAM upgrade. I can do it myself since I know my way around a laptop, but will it tank my warranty? Does anyone know what HP's actual policy is on this?
Even better. $866 with tax, about $700 before tax :-)!
Thanks. I’m asking because I keep seeing people complain about cooling issues on similar Dell models, so I wanted to check if this one runs hot. Honestly, I think an i5 is plenty for gaming since the GPU is solid. Maybe he just needs more RAM?
Hey,

Since I'm currently out of the country, I can snag this laptop at a much better price than what's listed here, plus I can dodge the sales tax. It’d end up being around $900. What do you guys think about it for gaming? How’s the cooling, does it have enough RAM and all that? Thanks.

Checked everything, it's fine... If I figure it out, I'll drop a note here...

Thanks

Hey,

Got a weird one for you guys regarding my Dropbox storage. Since I’m using a Windows phone, everything is set up to auto-upload my photos and videos to Dropbox. Today, I get this notification saying I have less than 200 MB left, but when I log in online, it shows I still have 22 GB free. My trash is totally empty. I've checked everything. I'm running Windows 8.1 on my laptop where the Dropbox app is installed.

Anyone else dealing with this? Where the hell is my space going?

Kimberly Gomez34 said:Which specific keyboard are we talking about here? Usually, you can just pop the keys off to clean them, but if the circuitry inside a membrane keyboard has completely fried, then you're basically looking at a paperweight.

It's the mb110LL/B model. I can't see any way to pull these keys off. I tried prying the bottom casing apart, but the whole thing is just glued shut...

Hey,

I've got an Apple keyboard where everything works fine except for the number 7—it’s basically stuck in the "on" position. Actually, it's even weirder than that; hitting the left Ctrl key just triggers a constant stream of 7s. Can you even open these things up to try and clean them out?

Hey,

My wife gave birth five months ago. She’s always had some minor thyroid issues and takes Levothyroxine 50 mg regularly, so she just got some bloodwork back a few days ago. Here are the results—any thoughts? Thanks.

TSH - C0.05 µIU/ml (0.25-5.00 µIU/ml)
Anti-TG - 89.3 µIU/ml (<=18 IU/ml)
Anti -TPO - 501.0 µIU/ml (<=8 IU/ml)
