I haven’t touched coffee in two years—honestly, back when I actually drank it, it was more about being social than actually enjoying the stuff.
Eventually, there came a day where I skipped my cup and ended up with a massive headache, so yeah, that was my cue to quit.
I could never do it first thing in the morning, though—I think I’d actually throw up if I tried to drink
coffee 🤷 before breakfast. It’s just wild to me how people reach for a pot of coffee
the second they open their eyes.
