I’d take three tickets for $600.

Regardless, thanks 🙂
Benjamin Wilson7 said:Since the second group includes all the data from the first, you should set it up by adding a column of serial numbers for the first set. Copy those over to the second group, but leave the serial number column blank for any new entries you add to that second group.
In the second group, you can insert cells wherever you need to between the bolded data from the first group, just don't include a serial number there....

I didn't quite catch what was meant by the bolded part... 🤷

To begin with, I would suggest reviewing the tutorials first to determine how they might be applied to your specific situation...

Perhaps you could combine a few elements to see if that yields anything useful... Unique... Either... Duplicates... Along with using Advanced Sort...

I believe this will be helpful, thank you... 🙂
Greetings! I have an Excel question:

I am working with two distinct data sets, which I've entered into two separate columns.

The second group actually encompasses everything found in the first, plus some additional entries. Essentially, they aren't identical, but one is a superset of the other.

Is there a way to "align" these two columns so that matching values sit on the exact same row? Ideally, where the second column has extra data that doesn't exist in the first, the first column would simply show a blank cell...

Alternatively, would it be possible at least to align the matching pairs in the same rows and let the outliers drift to the bottom?

The data consists of numbers, so I could sort them by value if that happens to assist the process.

Many thanks!
My external hard drive just died in Computer Peripherals ·
The price tag is irrelevant at this point. What matters is that this drive held years of irreplaceable backups from several different computers—data I’ve been meticulously accumulating for ages. Is there any way to recover this information, and if so, what kind of expense am I looking at? Honestly, I would have much preferred a motherboard failure over a dead hard drive... please, I'm desperate for some guidance. 😢

Does anyone have any recommendations for a solid pop-science self-help book? I’m looking for something specifically focused on overcoming a lack of self-confidence. Much appreciated 🙂
