Wedding cakes and desserts in Weddings ·
We picked up some treats from Tom and Ann—they taste amazing, look beautiful, and the price is $23/lb.
We tried the cheaper options before, but we’re definitely sticking with these from now on. I've been getting hit up via email with all sorts of offers lately... being part of the middle class, let me tell you, when I saw the quote from Sugar, I'm just glad I stayed put—because $40 was way, way too much for my budget!👎

Hey everyone! I’m still on the hunt for some great dessert options—and honestly, trying to find stuff that doesn't break the bank is becoming an absolute mission!
It feels almost impossible lately! 😠
So, the standard rule of thumb is supposed to be about 10 ounces of cake per person, but every single catering company or restaurant I've talked to regarding wedding planning keeps insisting that 5 ounces
is plenty! 👍

Hi there! Dennis Grant5,

I might be able to lend a hand here—I actually have a wedding coming up in Columbus (on April 9th),
and I’ve already tried the food, and it’s honestly fantastic. The desserts are just as good, too. I’m planning to order everything from Kašnar again. Unfortunately, the price this year is $22/lb, though it was $28/lb last time! 😠
I haven't the slightest clue why they hiked up the prices so much, but honestly, I don't have the energy to go hunting for other options,
especially since we aren't having a massive blowout of a wedding—so, yeah, my bank account won't be seeing any extra relief anyway.
We went with a set menu that includes the wedding cake, which is also from Kašnar, so I figured I wouldn't overcomplicate things!
Good luck with your decision, but you really can't go wrong with this choice! 👍
Word on the street is he’s top-tier—and honestly, his reputation speaks for itself...
