Thank you so much! She’s scheduled for an ultrasound this Monday—then we'll finally see what the next steps look like.
Sandra Hernandez9 said:Greetings, I was hoping to get some insight from you all.

My husband (32 years old, smoker, non-drinker, lean build) went for a routine employment physical, only to receive a call later that afternoon stating his results were off:

Enzymes
(S) AST (SGOT) - 64 (ref. range 11-38)
(S) ALT (SGPT) - 93 (ref. range 12 - 46)
(S) yGT - 63 (ref. range 11 - 55)

- Consequently, the doctor sent him back for follow-up bloodwork after three days (today):
AST - 40
ALT - 85
yGT - 60

She suggested it might be dietary—though his diet is remarkably consistent, nothing unusual... aside from a fondness for soda, which he doesn't consume frequently—and he was given referrals for Hepatitis B and C markers along with an abdominal ultrasound.

He recalls having to repeat similar tests during his military physical years ago, though everything was perfectly normal then.

Thank you in advance!

Hepatitis Markers
Hepatitis B surface antigen - non-reactive
Anti-HBs antibodies - 0.05 mIU/ml
Anti-HBc antibodies - non-reactive
Anti-HBc IgM antibodies - non-reactive
Anti-HBe antibodies - non-reactive
Hepatitis B e antigen - non-reactive
Anti-HCV antibodies - non-reactive

Enzymes
AST 39
ALT 77
yGT 59
Alkaline phosphatase 94 (ref. range 60-142)
Greetings, I would appreciate your insights on this matter.

My husband (32 years old, smoker, non-drinker, lean build) recently underwent a routine physical for work, only to receive a call later that afternoon stating his results were abnormal:

Enzymes
(S) AST (SGOT) - 64 (ref. range 11-38)
(S) ALT (SGPT) - 93 (ref. range 12-46)
(S) yGT - 63 (ref. range 11-55)

- Consequently, the doctor sent him back for follow-up bloodwork after three days (today):
AST - 40
ALT - 85
yGT - 60

The physician suggested these levels might be diet-related—even though our diet remains remarkably consistent—noting he does have a fondness for soda, though he isn't a frequent consumer. He has been referred for Hepatitis B and C markers as well as an abdominal ultrasound.

He recalls having to repeat similar tests during his military physical years ago, though everything was within normal limits back then.

Thank you in advance!
Maria Fisher46 said:You're being treated due to suspected psoriasis—or perhaps psoriatic arthritis—so I trust they actually sat you down and explained all that...

Much appreciated! They didn't really explain much of anything, honestly, but this will be incredibly helpful... Thanks again! 🙂
Greetings. A friend of mine received some X-ray results this past Friday from Dr. Renata Žunec and subsequently visited their primary care physician, followed by a dermatologist—since they were investigating some "spots" on their nails—and several other specialists at our local hospital. The issue? Not a single one of them seems capable of interpreting these findings. 👎
Consequently, I am reaching out to see if there is a kind soul here who can assist. It would be quite a hassle to have to travel back to the city just for this, especially since work commitments will make such a trip impossible for the foreseeable future. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

The report reads as follows:
HLA-A
2 - 9
method: CDC (serological)

HLA-B
12 - 18

HLA-C*
02 - 07

HLA-DRB1*
11 - 14

HLA-DQB1*
NT - NT
method: PCR-SSO/SSP (molecular)

Well... that was more or less how it went. I need to head back for a full battery of lab work
and a CT scan. Mid-December—if I’m still standing, that is. But honestly, that’s a whole different conversation. 🙄

Just "only"? 🙂

Heh, I suppose I'll manage to survive—thanks 😉

My doctor handed me a referral for neurology today due to some tremors—so I went ahead and called to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist sounded genuinely concerned, telling me to come in first thing tomorrow morning.
Now, here’s the catch: I have never stepped foot in a hospital, I’ve never even had a single injection in my life, and when it comes to doctors and medical jargon, I am a complete amateur. So, I’m curious—what exactly should I be expecting tomorrow? Because, quite frankly, I’m starting to panic a little. 🙈

Jesse Brooks3, look—I’m from a small town, USA, so feel free to ask whatever you need to know.😉

Regarding the music scene, I’d suggest checking out Bravo Band
As for the photography, Mijic handled my shots—all credit goes to him and his crew.👍

By the way, word on the street from the folks over at Brođanka is that they heard on the radio today that Patricia's hall in a small town, USA is offering a honeymoon in Malibu to any newlyweds who book their venue before the end of the year.😍

Hell, did you actually go? I’m genuinely curious...

I honestly haven't the slightest clue regarding that... That new boutique just opened up over on Broadway, but I highly doubt it's located at 🤷 number 27

Great, bring him along with you—I'll be waiting 😂

Robert Moore86 said:Hey, anyone here used the catering from Patricia over in Liberty? I heard they use those metal mobile kitchens... also looking for info on the band Strong & Photo Ogi. Any thoughts? Thanks!!

Is that the place right at the entrance to Liberty? 🤔
I attended a wedding there last year—it was fine, I suppose, though certainly not the best out there. The seating arrangement was incredibly cramped; if you wanted to leave your seat, you practically had to drag the chair out and step over half the guest list... perhaps that's just because there were about 350 people in attendance. 🤷
As for Ogi, he’s pretty standard—nothing particularly special.

I happened to catch a glimpse—you all look absolutely stunning. 😍
I quite admire that signage—was it actually utilized in the hall, or...?

Mirna, I used to pick mine up at Valpovka in Pittsburgh—you might want to check there.

It was honestly perfect! That crew from the local studio is a solid ten out of ten, they’re just full of ideas and always making suggestions, though you both definitely need to be on the same page and work together. 😉The final shots should be ready in about a month, but in the meantime, they’ll send over some teasers and will fix things if you aren't feeling them. You get to pick the photos for the album yourself, too. Since we had that weird light drizzle happening, we ended up doing the shoot on Monday instead and we don't regret it one bit. They didn't charge us extra for the reschedule either. Honestly, the guys are totally low-key and stay out of the way, unless, obviously, you go out of your way to pose for them.
We are beyond happy and haven't regretted hiring them for even a second... 👍

That is truly wonderful to hear. 🎉

Do us a favor and share a few shots—even if they're just amateur snaps. 😉

As soon as you cross the bridge, take a left—it's impossible to miss—and you'll see a massive department store right there. 😉

For those interested—there’s a shop in downtown St. Louis called Vrata of the Heartland that carries some truly sharp suits, starting around $120 and going up from there. They’re expecting a new collection to drop soon, so we'll be heading out for a shopping spree once that arrives. 🙂
