Flat feet and working out: any tips?
in Health ·
Hey everyone,
Quick question: if you have flat feet, does that actually limit what kind of sports or workouts you can do?
A buddy of mine was recently told by someone to just quit playing soccer because his flat feet might mess up his back and spine. Sounds extreme, right?
Honestly, it caught me off guard. I’ve got flat feet too, and I’ve never had an issue staying active until now. But lately, I’ve put on some weight—which is becoming a real issue—and I want to get back into shape through exercise. So, I’m wondering: is this thing real? Can flat feet actually cause serious health problems when you start training hard?
Basically, flat feet vs. sports—how does it actually work??
