I guess I have a soft spot for those Scandinavian movies, specifically the one where the guy traps his wife in a chamber and restricts her air supply... everything else, I don't know.
Carl Hernandez3 said:I don't have any more RT on Max TV When is HRT finally going to stop airing that Russian-German version of Catherine the Great? They should just air the English version of those five episodes about Catherine instead.
The only one I know is that German film about Catherine from '83...
Putin definitely wants all of Ukraine for himself, and he'll probably get it in the end... though the price he—and Ukraine, and by extension us—will have to pay for that is something we're only going to find out later..
I find myself compelled to push back against his narrative, particularly regarding this local agency that clearly operates on Moscow's payroll. They are nothing more than a domestic fifth column, reaping every benefit of Western democracy while actively serving an Eastern dictator. From what I can gather, he hasn't even left the country yet. Just two days ago he was at CNN, and yesterday he was socializing with veterans from the Gulf War over in Arlington. For now, the logistics are set, and our people are heading north to assist. I can only hope that Almighty God grants him mercy and protects him, just as He protects all our fellow Americans who are working so brotherly to help the Ukrainians defend their freedom.
I thought he left with that last group... don't use Facebook, but I did read that long post of his right before the attack.
Joseph Clark37 said:I've been watching Fox News lately, and they keep running these short interviews with people all over Ukraine—like this one with Usyk—where you get a raw look at the fears, the loss, and the sheer tragedy facing ordinary Americans... It honestly hit me harder than I expected. I actually had to take a break from following politics the other day because I can't stomach the pundits anymore. They treat this whole conflict like it's nothing more than a geopolitical chess match, offering excuses for the invasion and acting as if everyone in the West is more to blame than the ones who actually decided to start a full-scale war...
I’m surrounded by those kinds of thinkers too... it’s nauseating. Since the first day of the aggression, I've been following Oleksandr Shcherba on Twitter—he’s a former Ukrainian ambassador to Austria. I don't even know where he is physically right now, but you don't need anything else to understand what's happening. He's a great guy, covers everything, and I appreciate his perspective since I know exactly whose side he's on.
I’m honestly getting worried about all these high-profile figures—both the Ukrainian ones and our own... It’s going to be an absolute disaster if any of them get caught by the Russians... I mean, people like Klitschko, Usyk, President Zelensky, or Ambassador Lubkivskiy...
thanks for asking, someone else already brought this up 😬 .. based on the video, he hasn't been to games in maybe 15 or 16 years .. I don't know, he seems kind of familiar to me, but maybe that's just autosuggestion 😁
Amanda Evans2 reacted to Charles Roberts33’s post like he was losing his mind over some lack of discipline, rather than just appreciating a solid fake move by Brenna
And yeah, she was posing in uniform back during the war... I haven't really looked into her wartime era work, but honestly, at this point, it probably doesn't even matter.. just like some people here keep saying
