Brenda Cooper3 said:I honestly can't wrap my head around how people manage to find awe in things that lack even a shred of logic or common sense.👎

The movie centers on some spoiled, run-of-the-mill model named Gigi Caringa. I took a look at her photos online—nothing special. Angelina is a hundred times more stunning, and she didn't have to wreck her life with heroin to get there. Plenty of us grew up in broken homes with constant fighting, yet we didn't turn out as infantile as this Caringa woman. I don't doubt Angelina's acting skills for a second, and I certainly don't doubt the validity of the whole situation regarding Gigi’s childish, reckless, and irrational behavior, which caused her to spiral so quickly simply due to her own stupidity.

It's a shame there's always someone around ready to idolize that kind of thing...

Let me ask you all something: what exactly is there to admire in this film specifically regarding the story or the script?

If we set aside Angelina's beauty and her performance—because if you focus on those, you're admiring her talent rather than what she was actually trying to convey through the film!

Ugh, please. People worship Kurt Cobain too, even though he was just a narcissistic junkie and a terrible singer. If a guy is captivated by a movie, why is that even a problem? It seems like everyone is obsessed with junkies, killers, scammers, frauds, and all sorts of other societal trash.

Solid movie—those lesbian scenes were definitely something else

He absolutely played the bone card.

Right, I completely overlooked this little detail... fast forward ten years and everyone looks identical, except for the daughters of Fox News.🙄

Actually, no, he was looking for a metal fork, they gave him a plastic one instead, and he ended up killing his cellmate with it.

I just find it completely impossible that someone could dig out that many tunnels right next to a prison.

Pa Butler aged a bit over those ten years, but Fox stayed exactly the same. Totally realistic, right?

goldenhound32 said:I misspoke earlier. I wasn't referring to the syringes themselves, but rather those clear tubes used to deliver the poison. They look far too large.

He shot because he was an idiot.

Once again, because he was an idiot.

He isn't quite that much of an idiot.

I have no idea where they even went to get him at the start of the movie. His daughter and child were assaulted and murdered right at the beginning. Later, they came for him. Apparently, Federal Law 3456/6 allows them to do that.

Like that part where he stripped down naked.

That flip phone can explode because it was designed by Gerard Butler, who is portrayed as an engineer and innovator. The film makes that point very clearly.

Hehe, well, he could probably invent a cure for stupidity too, but that doesn't mean I'm going to believe it. It's fake.

He didn't kill that cellmate with a bone; it was a plastic fork.

Lies.

Look, those tubes are totally standard size. That specific dimension gets used in pretty much every movie out there.😁

Sadly, he's just too much of an idiot. I know plenty of people like him.

Like I said, they can get away with this stuff because of that domestic law passed by George W. Bush.

Believe me, even my professor—who's quite the innovator—could probably build something similar if I asked nicely.

goldenhound32 said:That lethal injection setup looks way too massive for a human; it’s built for a horse. Total fake.

Why on earth would that guy—the one who managed to slip away—start spraying bullets at the police from the roof and basically broadcast his exact location like that? It's fake.

And why would he suddenly forget he was out of ammo, especially after finding that out just five minutes earlier? Fake.

When they first showed up to arrest the butler... why did it take five police cruisers, a SWAT team, and a helicopter? He was just a suspect at that point. Fake.

If there are any tech geeks in here, please explain to me how a flip phone is supposed to be able to fire a shot? Fake.

How was the butler supposed to know they were delivering a steak with a bone sharp enough to kill someone?

The injections are a perfectly normal size for an execution.

He shot because he's an idiot.

Again, because he's an idiot.

Wait, where did they come for him at the beginning of the movie??? At the start, they murdered and raped his wife and daughter. They came for him later. Under US federal law 3456/6, that's allowed.

A flip phone can shoot because it was designed by Gerard Butler, who's clearly an engineer and an innovator. The movie makes that pretty clear. My high school teacher used to be an inventor in his spare time and built some really cool, clever little gadgets. He could have definitely built a phone that shoots. I believe in the man.

He didn't kill that cellmate with a bone; he used a plastic fork.

Alex Long8 said:I was really hoping he’d just mess with them—you know, make it look like the bomb wasn't actually real before the Mayor starts losing her mind at 3 PM.

Man, I was rooting for someone to just put a bullet right through that scrawny Nick’s daughter's head while she's finishing up her song, right alongside his wife and mother.

Honestly, I was just waiting for Jamie Foxx to break out into a full-blown song at the end, you know? But nope.😢

I’d give this movie a solid seven out of ten—definitely interesting enough to keep you hooked. Honestly, if only there were more people out there acting like Clyde, 😛
This movie actually made its big debut at this year's Venice Film Festival😛

I caught that the other day. Honestly? Total nightmare fuel. It actually reminded me a ton of Alien vs. Predator.
So, we're talking about the production of the second sequel to Three😲

Instead of asking Breda, they've gone with Ren Bitorajac to play Achilles. And get this—Denzel Washington is set to direct the whole thing😲😲

So I finally forced myself to sit through this movie, thinking maybe Zoey would actually show a bit more than just a bare hand, a door, or a leg😛
