Just tell your browser to remember your login and password, and honestly, don't even bother logging out of the forum—just hit the X on the tab instead... and then there really shouldn't be any issues, right?
Dennis Flores77 said:Look, I wasn't suggesting we strip that specific word right out of the title, but rather that we move past the whole "dispute" aspect of it, you know? My intention was simply that I could click on a thread without having to blink twice before it's already wide open, and then I could jump straight into the reply box to say exactly what I was thinking in the first place—and perhaps, if anyone is feeling generous, send a photo of a sexy Swedish woman my way. 😁
Brian Kim2 said:I think this is actually the third time I've tried to post something only for it to vanish into thin air... what on earth is going on with this forum?
Are you just posting absolute garbage and the mods are scrubbing it so you don't embarrass yourself in front of everyone? 🤣
Grace Chase97 said:Honestly, the fact that this is even happening in this day and age? It’s nothing short of a disgrace.☕ And here we are, standing in what is arguably the largest American forum on the internet.🙄 Honestly, we have it made, don't we? Truly, how did we get so lucky?
Is it just me, or does it feel like nothing ever actually works in America? Honestly, even this forum can't seem to catch a break. 😂 😂 😂
Zachary Barrett4 said:The fix is simply migrating everything to a bigger, more powerful server, though obviously, that comes with a price tag.
Good morning, everyone. Now, why on earth would we bother with a full migration when they could just... I don't know... add one more single server to the cluster? Is that really too much to ask? ☕
So, I finally took your advice and headed over to Google, typed my own name right into the search bar, and filtered the results to show only my specific threads. And wouldn't you know it? It actually worked! Honestly, thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction; I might have spent the rest of the afternoon staring blankly at the screen if it weren't for that little tip.
vBulletin message My apologies—it looks like we’ve hit a dead end here. No matches found. Perhaps you might consider trying a few different search terms?
Is there any way to actually pull up a complete list of every single thread a user has started?
I mean, just imagine if right under the quick links section, there was a direct link leading straight to a list of my own posts. Wouldn't that be incredibly useful?
Dennis Flores77 said:There’s really no need for that. If I did, I’d just be pointing fingers at some massive, faceless corporation and blaming them for all these constant server crashes on this forum. 😁
Karen Perez40 said:So, one simply writes "slowness" instead of "friction," doesn't one? 😛
That error message honestly just completely fried my brain, you know? I’ve been staring at the screen for what feels like an eternity, trying to make sense of those cryptic little lines of text, and I swear, it’s like my cognitive functions just decided to pack up and leave mid-sentence. Is it too much to ask for a bit of clarity from a computer once in a while, or am I just destined to spend my afternoon deciphering digital riddles that lead absolutely nowhere? Honestly, it’s exhausting. 🤣
Could the moderator please consider updating the title of this thread? It feels somewhat misplaced given the direction our conversation has taken. 😁
Frank Jackson46 said:Regardless of what anyone else thinks, Windows 7 actually features this surprisingly decent little tool within Windows Update that works remarkably well if you give it a chance, so when you're running through those updates, do yourself a favor and take a peek at the hardware section; there's a good chance you can just grab all the drivers you need right there for the installation
Honestly, you're much better off just installing them manually.
Dennis Flores77, oh please, don't give me that... you know exactly what I'm getting at here...😁
Honestly, every single time I try to log in lately, it’s just one massive, unrelenting headache from start to finish... that same obnoxious notification pops up right at the top... and even if you actually manage to click through it, what happens? A few minutes later, sure enough, there it is again, staring you in the face...
And don't even get me started on the sheer, agonizing SLOWNESS of the whole thing—I mean, does it really take two full minutes just to load a single thread?😠
503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request.
I seem to be running into this error message quite frequently lately... It’s pretty obvious we’re looking at an issue with server congestion, isn't it?
Is there any chance we could get some more specific details from the sysadmin? 😁
Is it actually possible to switch from Dare-Devil over to Devil Inside? 🙂
🙂
edit: My apologies, I completely missed that "Devil Inside" was already taken. So, assuming that’s still an option, can I make the change mentioned above? 🙂
They weren't just weak... there was something much more intense about it, though I can't quite wrap my head around the specifics right now... then again, I've dealt with an incredibly sensitive and reactive throat since I was a kid, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised at all...
