Dizziness and nausea while smoking

You get that weird weakness in your stomach and your head starts spinning. Honestly? That happens to pretty much every smoker out there. It's nothing to lose sleep over, seriously. It’s just your nerves acting up because you were waiting so long, and then once you finally take that hit, your whole body reacts and your head starts whirling. Don't sweat it, man; even total beginners go through this exact same thing.
Don't worry about a thing 😉
As far as being "addicted" goes, once you start hitting those things right after you buy them, you're already hooked—I know because I've lived it.

The kid literally said he isn't even a smoker yet! He's 18 and his head is spinning after just one puff... what are you even talking about here? What kind of advice is that?

Kid... seriously, just don't do it. Just because you're thinking about picking up some Marlboros for Christmas and wanting to act all grown up or whatever, don't.
Your head is spinning and you feel sick, and yet you're sitting there wondering which light cigarettes you should buy so you won't feel so bad. 😕
First off, it's expensive. Second, it makes you feel like crap. Third, you're being an idiot. 🤷
And btw, I've been smoking for a long time too, and my one true pleasure is having a cigarette on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. That’s pretty much the only good part... everything else is just forcing your body to deal with the nicotine addiction.
