Article 32, section 3 is the absolute kicker.
-Protective measures from section 1 can be imposed even without a formal conviction...

I mean, seriously, WTF? Who’s actually pulling the trigger on these "protective measures"? Is it the courts? The police? Or am I reading this right... the court lacks actual evidence, but since the cops hauled you in, you're obviously guilty, right? We can't prove it, so let's just slap you with a protective measure anyway...

Here’s an example if I’m following this correctly:
So, let’s say someone gets banned from attending a game for a year, but they also have to report to the police station two hours before kickoff and stay there until it's over. Imagine Real Madrid is playing a match against Zagora at 2:00 PM—does that mean I’m stuck at the precinct starting at noon? How am I supposed to explain that to my boss? I’ll lose my job. If I get fired, isn't that fan law actually unconstitutional since it's basically stripping away my right to work and make a living?
