I was just sitting here thinking about something totally random, like, do bears actually go to sleep every night once they finally crawl out of hibernation, or are they basically just wired and wide awake 24/7?

Does anyone else get this weird numbness in their arms whenever they feel dizzy? It’s like, my hands just go dead. O.o
I mean, it happens when I stand up—not even if I bolt upright, just after lying down for maybe half an hour or so. My head starts spinning, my arms go numb, and I honestly struggle to keep my balance. What on earth is going on with me?
