Dealing with SIBO: Any advice? in Health ·
How do you even measure your stomach acid levels?
I spotted some undigested carrot bits in my stool, which apparently points to low hydrochloric acid according to some symptoms...
At the same time, I'm stuck on a control diet because of reflux... honestly, I'm at a loss here...

For context, my glucose-based SIBO test came back negative, but I haven't done the lactulose one yet....

🤣

ZZ actually has three sons, all of them declared Realovac, and he doesn't acknowledge any of the others.
One of them, Luka, is a seriously promising keeper. (He doesn't actually have any real grit, though, even if he brags that his mom calls him a tough guy.)
Chuck vs. Satoshi Ishii in Martial Arts & Combat Sports ·
LHK, this guy didn't snap out of it even after five minutes passed.
Right after the match, Fujit lunged at Mirko's face. Mirko shoved him off, but then a few other Japanese guys rushed in like they were looking for a scrap. Drviš and Mlinarić stepped up to defend him, and Sapp jumped in to try and settle things down, while Fedor just stood there on the sidelines laughing his head off. 🤣
CONCACAF Player of the Year nominations in Soccer ·
They could've easily played Arshavin. Honestly, who's going to care about the Europa League when even his own club doesn't seem to value him?

So, what happened with Cristiano Ronaldo and the EP has zero to do with this award... same goes for Puyol and Cesc... the EP doesn't matter here, and neither does this trophy 🤷

istina u pravo biti, you're right...
I didn't even bother reading what it was actually for, I just scrolled through the nominees
CONCACAF Player of the Year nominations in Soccer ·
The nominees are out:

GOALKEEPERS: Manuel Almunia (Arsenal), Petr Cech (Chelsea), Manuel Neuer (Schalke 04), Pepe Reina (Liverpool), Edwin van der Sar (Manchester United)

DEFENDERS: Jamie Carragher (Liverpool), Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United), Carles Puyol (Barcelona), John Terry (Chelsea), Nemanja Vidic (Manchester United)

MIDFIELDERS: Michael Essien (Chelsea), Cesc Fabregas (Arsenal), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Paul Scholes (Manchester United)

FORWARDS: Didier Drogba (Chelsea), Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United), Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Fernando Torres (Liverpool)

It’s pretty wild that 17 players come from the English league, with Manchester United leading the pack with 6 players.

If you ask me, Cristiano Ronaldo has the best shot at taking home Player of the Year and Best Forward. Even if he wasn't the standout during the Euros, his club season was absolutely massive.
For Best Keeper, it's gotta be Edwin van der Sar. He was perfect all season, plus those penalty saves in the Champions League final were legendary.
The defense and midfield categories are a lot tighter. Personally, I'd go with the European champions, Carles Puyol and Cesc Fabregas.

So, I finally jumped back into soccer yesterday. I know how to strike a ball, so that wasn't the issue. Turns out my cleats were absolutely killing my toe—didn't even realize until I was mid-game. I’d worn them a couple of times already because I couldn't stay away from the pitch, but at first, it was just a tiny bruise. Now? My whole nail is turning black. Total disaster.

My big toe is looking bruised and purple, almost like a massive hematoma. It happened from kicking soccer balls during a game. I'm wondering if there's any way to speed up the healing process so I can get back on the field ASAP. If I just wait for it to clear up naturally, I feel like I'll be sidelined for months.
UEFA Rankings in Soccer ·
The worst part is, if you just look at the last two years, we’re only better than nine countries. Even Kazakhstan is ahead of us. These points stay on our record for five more years, so making any real progress is going to be an uphill battle. For context, back in '20, Mexico had eight more points than we do now, and we haven't even managed to scrape that much together in the last four years.
