Look, 2001: A Space Odyssey is just in a league of its own...

Every single one of these movies is a king in its own right. I mean, how can you even try to compare them?

One thing is for sure though, Blade Runner is gonna take the win.

Look, you can't lean on people too much. If you just handle all your own business without dragging anyone else into it, nobody’s gonna be calling you an idiot or picking fights with you. You stay independent, you keep your freedom, and you have plenty of room to maneuver (which is basically code for being a total jerk).

That scene where the woman is frantically running around searching for her keys while the guy just stands there totally stone-faced, filming the whole thing and cheering her on Come on, come on, hurry up!
I mean, seriously? All those police pistols and that submachine gun from the white guy—none of it actually gets used for anything.
And then there’s that part where he’s being so incredibly naive, looking for that girl and going over to pick her up, but she’s literally drooling everywhere with those zombie eyes...

What an absolute crap movie.

Man, I was actually hoping you’d list some decent qualities that could play nice with the crap I already mentioned. You know, so we could actually build a complete profile of what defines absolute trash.

I mean, we could probably build an entire psychological profile here... but just to kick things off, anyone like that is definitely playing on a higher intellectual level. They're clearly someone who marches to the beat of their own drum, and honestly? People can't help but respect them for it.
