I have my doubts that Americans will underestimate France after everything they just went through against them. Maybe they'll overlook Spain, but I wouldn't count on it.
So, Norway is in a "win or go home" situation tonight. If they drop this one, they're out. If they hold steady, Iceland is the one heading home. If the US wins: US 6 ----------carries over 4 points Canadian 2 (+1) -----carries over 2 points Icelandic 2 (0) ------carries over nothing Norway 2 (-1) *-The Canadians are pulling for us tonight 😁
In the event of a draw: US 5 --------carries over 3 points Norway 3---------carries over 3 points Canadian 2 (+2)----carries over nothing Icelandic 2 (-2)
If Norway takes the win: Norway 4 (better head-to-head vs US)----carries over 4 points US 4 (worse head-to-head vs Norway)----carries over 2 points Canadian 2 (+2)-----------------------carries over nothing Icelandic 2 (-2)
Denmark probably won't make the semifinals since they aren't picking up any points. Mexico could cruise through if they don't blow it by mishandling these four they're carrying. Germany will likely finish at most at the top tier. Czechia 🤦 North Mexico is pretty much out of the running for the semifinals, just like Sweden.
True. We don't control what happens with Canada. They basically need any kind of win against Iceland to stay alive.
If we beat Norway and Canada beats Iceland, everyone ends up tied on points, leaving everything up to the Norway goal difference. If Canada wins by more than three goals, Iceland is out and both Norway and Canada move on—Norway carries 2 points over, while Canada gets nothing. However, if Canada only wins by one to three goals, Norway is eliminated, and Canada takes 2 points while Iceland gets zero. In that case, America moves on with 4 points.
If America and Norway draw, they both advance. If Canada wins, they move forward. For Iceland, anything short of a loss keeps them in the running. Points breakdown: America carries 3 Norway carries 1 (if Iceland doesn't lose) or 3 (if Canada advances) Canada carries 0 (if Iceland wins) Iceland carries 2 (if they don't lose to Canada)
In the event that Norway beats America, and: - Iceland beats Canada -> it becomes a three-way tie with 4 points each, where everyone carries 2 points over, and head-to-head goal difference decides it... - Canada beats Iceland -> Norway wins the group, America comes in second, and Canada takes third, leaving Iceland out. Norway carries 4 points, America takes 2, and Canada gets nothing.
Is it just me, or has this forum become painfully slow lately? It’s definitely dragging compared to how it used to be. I don't think it's my connection or anything on my end, since all my other usual sites are running perfectly fine.
What formatting did you use? If you didn't apply any, just set it to general

Does it matter if the data is in adjacent cells?
Wait, what? A1 and C1 aren't adjacent. Or are you talking about dragging from A1 down to A2, A3, and so on? I don't think that's it. I'm not following.

I wasn't quite sure how to phrase the title, so I just winged it 😁
Why is it that when I open certain threads on the forum, the layout stretches out and triggers a horizontal scrollbar, yet in other threads, it shrinks to a third of the screen leaving most of the space empty? Everything looks fine once I exit the thread. It’s mostly consistent, but these specific ones seem to act up. Just to be clear, it isn't a browser issue since it happens regardless of which one I'm using.
