I have this nagging feeling that McLaren might somehow miraculously "find their pace" in Los Angeles...

As for that one lap, they probably ran without any ballast or something similar; it's not like they can just become that fast overnight... hopefully..

fadedpanther4 said:So, those mirrors on the car are basically just for show, right? ☕

Can you even see where the mirrors are on that Ferrari???

You’d practically have to snap your neck just to get a glimpse of them.🤔

Excuse me, could someone please clarify what "LJES" actually refers to?

Yes! Way to go, Fernando Alonso!

I have zero expectations left for Rajko; he can do whatever he wants at this point.
Hemić has relied more on pure luck than actual intellect throughout his entire career—and that’s a hell of a long career.
Massa is having one of his typical moments.

That was a solid race, though the finish was honestly a letdown.

Everyone’s going to dive in, Massa will inevitably slam into the wall at either the first or second turn, and Kimi is going to fall asleep behind the wheel—nobody will be able to catch him because he'll pull into the pits, take out half the pit crew, and exit first while everyone else just sits there waiting. Lewis will cross the finish line first, but then the stewards will slap him with a two-and-a-half-minute penalty for improperly passing an empty car parked near the track, leaving him with zero points. Everything will end up exactly where it was before this race, except Kimi and Robert Kubica will have a much better shot at the championship.

All in all, it’s just your classic race.

The BMW Sauber F1 crew had to abandon the pits and the paddock pit building at 20:40 hrs due to a bomb threat in their garage. Law enforcement ordered all mechanics and engineers to evacuate the area immediately, though they were cleared to resume operations following a thorough security sweep.

The Ferrari crew claims they have finally ironed out those wet-weather handling issues, so we shouldn't see much more trouble there. They’re also suggesting that Kimi Räikkönen will now be stepping up to help Felipe Massa chase down that championship title...

Let's hear your predictions for the finishing order before we see the definitive times settle in.👍
