William Bishop7 said:The atmosphere was incredible—I truly hope it stays that way. For the players, though, it might have been a bit surreal. You could tell they were feeling the heat; things would have gone differently if they weren't under such intense pressure, but they just aren't used to that kind of environment.
That’s the quote from the Dinamo youth coach, and honestly, what a joke... But Dubravko knows better than anyone what the vibe in that stadium was actually like. Instead of being honest, he’s acting like ten idiots, letting his own complexes regarding people from the South dictate the narrative, trying to claim the whole crowd was massacring his juniors... So then the Dinamo coach just turns around and vomits all over us with this pathetic, sob-story journalism.
Charles Ramos4 said:And I guess you aren't being delusional or useless when you mock our history by calling us a "regime club," or when you constantly try to diminish our wins by grouping us with teams that served a political agenda? And now, to top it off, you have the nerve to act like only certain types of people could possibly write such nonsense about an American club. Did you miss something here?
Robert Palmer said:He’s clearly on edge, barging into someone else's thread with zero grace; it’s as if he’s been reminded that one side always walks away as the victor in black and white, while the other is left picking up the pieces in red and white.
And then they have the nerve to call the Demons crazy.🙄
Anthony Wright30 said:And he'll probably still feel the need to go watch games at that makeshift little camp ☕.
Meanwhile, if you look at what they have over at Demon's place, it’s practically a candy store compared to that stadium.
Aaron Sanders3 said:Look, you guys fill your own stadium, and honestly, credit where credit is due—that's impressive. But you aren't filling everyone else's. There aren't any bans or restrictions on attendance when we travel to away games compared to when the big-name clubs come to town.
Anthony Wright30 said:The camp in Rijeka is reaching full capacity; I suppose the stadium at Kantridi is hosting everything right now.
hollowtinker33 said:It’ll be more of that same old nonsense—analyzing percentages based on age, gender, and race just to force the narrative that Rijeka fans are the greatest on the planet.
Then comes the lecture about how people in small towns are all secretly rooting for Zadar, Šibenik, or El Paso... as if they're some kind of revolutionary movement fighting against Hajduk and Split.
And to wrap it all up, they’ll always have that tired little pamphlet ready about "defending the homeland" and bragging about their total number of away games.
Then there’s the blatant lying—claiming people are banned from buying tickets because they're from another county, or that visiting fans get harassed everywhere they go. They'll swear the fans are kept in literal cages at the stadium, or that if you even glance at a Blue supporter near the grounds, you'll end up waking up in a police station.
Screw you guys—you're just... well, let's call you Rijeka locals. You really think you're the best, don't you? Just the absolute best.
P.s
Don't forget to throw in some random insult or something at the end.
Carol Wright9 said:Shout at it so it doesn't burn up.
boldbadger1 said:Forget about what's "realistic"—this is football, for heaven's sake. If everything were predictable, every league would just be a pre-written formula.
I don't see any reason why Varaždin shouldn't crush Rijeka at home this Sunday; even Istra managed to beat them away from home in front of a packed stadium.
Aaron Sanders3 said:Maybe if you actually sat down and watched the entire game from start to finish, things would finally make sense to you...
