I definitely agree—for me, psoriasis flared up just a week after a pretty intense period of stress.
Whenever I can get away to somewhere peaceful—you know, somewhere without any obligations or worries—things always seem to improve for me. 🙂

None of those medications are really intended for "mild" cases of psoriasis.
They’re mostly used when you're dealing with a combination of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
