Can someone remind me if the Fact ointment instructions are once a day for two weeks?🤔

About six years ago, I dealt with hemorrhoids for the first time. It started as this weird anal itching, and I figured it was just something minor. Then, while on the toilet, I felt a lump and realized exactly what was going on. There wasn't any bleeding, just discomfort and some mild pain. I immediately went down a rabbit hole researching how to fix it, and what worked for me was using Faktu ointment and suppositories. They cleared up in about a week, provided I stayed hygienic and upped my fiber intake. Once they were gone, they barely bothered me again—maybe once every year or so. I'd just follow the same routine, and it was fine. I thought I had the situation under control.
Then this year hits, right when I’m away on vacation. Luckily, it isn't anything extreme—no blood, no excruciating pain, just that same annoying discomfort. The problem is, where I am right now, there isn't a pharmacy in sight, and since I hadn't had issues for over two years, I didn't bother packing anything. After eight days of dealing with it, I finally made it back to the States and headed straight to the drugstore for supplies. I've been using the cream and suppositories for about a week now. While the discomfort has subsided, the lump itself hasn't budged, and it's been sitting there for over two weeks. Honestly, it's starting to get on my nerves because despite being consistent with the treatment, nothing is changing.
I'm wondering if I should switch to Dolokain cream, or if anyone has a better suggestion?
Also, does anyone have experience with sex while dealing with hemorrhoids? I'm not sure if the lump will be an issue, or if it'll be painful for my partner during penetration.

It's a massive relief after several years; the pain is finally gone.

It's been weeks and there isn't a single flu vaccine in any pharmacy here in New York City. I'm currently 20th on a waiting list at one spot, and they told me they haven't seen a shipment since October 15th.
I checked five or six other pharmacies, and they won't even let you join a waiting list because they have no idea if they'll ever get more stock.
One pharmacist mentioned that the government pulled all the vaccines off the market weeks ago.
Over at CVS, they're saying there's zero chance—they ordered 150 doses and that was it. My mother, who’s 70 and deals with asthma, couldn't even get her shot at CVS because they "forgot to put her on the list." Meanwhile, my sister is trying to sell me this "just stay positive" routine, telling me not to stress because "there won't be any flu this year since everyone got vaccinated." Honestly, I'm half-tempted to report them.
I'm not in a high-risk group, but I still get my shot every year. It’s not the money that’s the issue $33 but the fact that the vaccines are nowhere to be found.

Which list is that prescription Advil on? And does insurance cover half, or is it full price? (I doubt Medicare covers it).

I’d just gotten vaccinated three days ago, and honestly, the only side effect was running a bit of a fever about three hours after the shot. My arm has been pretty sore where they poked me, too—it's still bothering me today—but if you ask me, that's just a sign the vaccine is actually doing its job and kicking in.
Nicole James said:No. Usually, if you experience side effects, they show up within a day or so and pass pretty quickly. As far as I can recall, gastrointestinal issues aren't even listed as a known side effect.
