Is there any way to search for an exact phrase?
Sometimes I’ll remember reading something specific—though I can never quite recall where—but when I type the phrase in, I just get a mountain of posts that contain one or two of those words instead.
I tried using quotation marks (" "), but that didn't seem to work either; it still pulls in everything containing any part of the phrase.
Sorting by relevance hasn't helped much, either. The post I'm looking for ends up buried deep in the results, even though it actually has the exact phrase.

Sorry everyone, but I'm still a bit confused. Would that mean having zero posts total? Because if someone hasn't logged in for six months, how could they have posted during that time?

I'm not entirely sure, but it was likely the County Health Department, maybe out of San Diego (though I wouldn't be surprised if they're based in Sacramento). From what I understand about the issue, it was spotted in the US back in 2005, and nothing too crazy has been recorded since, other than it causing a slightly stronger skin reaction at the bite site compared to our local ones.
But I seem to remember reading that last summer near Savannah in Italy—where they've supposedly been established for years—they managed to spread the Chikungunya virus and trigger a small outbreak of about 160 people.
