Who wouldn't want an uncle who takes you to the game, shooting practice, jet skiing, or horseback riding, followed by pizza and ice cream? 🙂

I haven't been wandering off; I'm loyal.
Quality over quantity. 😎

Besides the things you listed, there are plenty of other drawbacks on my end (like living in a place where people get wasted at backyard chicken parties 🤦 and loving it here 😵), so when you do the math, I’m not exactly winning any awards on the dating market. 😬
I'm basically the Tottenham Hotspur of the dating world; you only end up with me if none of the top-tier teams were available. 🤣

So, I finally started working in my field (knock on wood, I've been at it for a month now), so my free time for going out is pretty much non-existent. Honestly, I feel like I’m heading toward a solo lifestyle where I won't be chasing relationships or marriage. You have to be real with yourself, and the truth is, I'm just not cut out for the whole marriage thing. 😉

On the flip side, though, I’d probably make the best uncle in the world 😈 (not to brag or anything). 🙂

Just chilling since I got home from work, scrolling through the forum to see if there's any life left in here.
How about you? Everything good?

Look, this is a forum. Sooner or later, you're going to run into people who disagree with you or just don't particularly like you. Nobody is out to get you, and honestly, nobody cares enough to persecute you. Just stop starting these self-centered threads; it’s getting a little exhausting.

John Doe.

This is just more nonsense. Like I told you in that other thread, get it together.

He was way too young. I went back and read up on him and all the coverage surrounding that accident.

I didn't take the photo once it was finished, just after it had been sliced up. 😬

Basically, there’s plenty of good stuff in Steve's little book. I'll drop some more thoughts on it in a few days. 🙂

Beef Stew - Powered by Steve Karapandža
I said I’d post something once I finished eating, and here we are. Picked up some of Steven's recipes and whipped up a batch of beef stew.

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs beef chuck
- a few cloves of garlic
- 5 oz smoked bacon, diced
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 parsley root, diced
- 3.5 oz celery, diced
- 1.1 lbs potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- bay leaf
- 2/3 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 6 cups beef bone broth
- bunch of fresh parsley
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Sauté the finely chopped onions in hot oil. Once they turn golden, toss in the diced bacon, the prepared meat, and some sausage. Sauté briefly until the liquid reduces. Add the diced root vegetables, garlic, cayenne, smoked paprika, and tomato puree, then sauté for a bit longer. Pour in the wine and bone broth, add the potatoes and the bay leaf, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat until the meat is tender (usually about an hour after adding everything). Finish it off with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Enjoy.

Man, the pollen is flying everywhere here in San Diego.😍

I can definitely tell.🙏

I haven't even stepped foot in the garden to check on the fruit trees yet.🕺
We just had that one night where the temperature plummeted and we got hit with sleet.😁

Edi seems to be dealing with issues constantly around here. Or maybe he just gets tossed around by the wind on the Golden Gate Bridge. 🤣

The ice here really coated the fruit trees. Honestly, we're lucky there wasn't more rain; if the plants were already waterlogged, the ice would have snapped them for sure.

Ah, San Diego. A place with the highest birth rate in the USA. 😍
Here, this was filmed near my place yesterday. I'll have my drone catch some footage at the end of the clip while a tractor drives by. 🤣
