Here’s some advice:

Also, make sure you're eating plenty of potassium-rich foods, like bananas or pears.

My husband’s grandma uses one of these and she absolutely loves it. You can sit right on it, and there's this basket tucked under the seat where she can toss her essentials—kind of like those shopping carts you see at Target—so she doesn't have to carry everything in her hands. Plus, the handles on the walker actually have brakes built in for when she's heading down a hill. It’s basically just like the ones in those ads I sent over.

Hey, look what you've got listed in the ads here:

Look, just click this link and then hunt down the "Employee Handbook"... everything she needs is laid out right there:

Look, if the law was passed back in '97 and hasn't been touched since, then it’s still the law. Period. If you're trying to track down the actual text, try digging through the Federal Register archives—I know that used to be easier back in the day, but who knows if they've made it a pain to navigate now. Honestly, though, just have some sister head over to the Legal Department at work. They'll definitely point her in the right direction and clear up all this mess.

Personally, I wouldn't get anything out of an operation like that. Sure, I had a small bump, but my profile was still huge—like, way too high. I actually wanted to shrink the whole thing, and you can only do that with a real surgery.

Exactly, which is why I mentioned I wasn't sure if it would work for everyone. I did see it done on this Arapkinja once; she had a pretty significant bump way up on her nose, and the results actually looked decent.
I also had surgery a long, long time ago and even that didn't really fix everything for me😍🤣 but honestly, I wouldn't go back under the knife. I just don't obsess over it anymore. As the years go by, other stuff in life becomes way more important, and my nose doesn't even look that bad to me anymore. Anyway, if anyone is planning on getting surgery, just make sure you pick a killer doctor who knows how to do the job right!

Man, they seriously need to just tell her at work! She should just go straight to her manager or HR (whatever they call it there) and ask for the official reading list they use to prep for the certification exam.

In the States, people have actually been doing non-surgical nose jobs for a while now. Instead of going under the knife, they just inject a specific filler to smooth out bumps and reshape the profile. This whole thing was pioneered by Alexander Rivkin, so you should definitely look him up to see what he’s all about. I'm not totally convinced this works for everyone, but the sweet part is that the results last about two or three years. If you end up hating it, you aren't stuck with it forever—you can always just go for the actual surgery later if you still want it. The "procedure" runs about $1,000.
Maybe we'll see this kind of thing hitting the US market soon too. Check out this video to see how they actually pull it off:

Just grab some Tiger Balm and give yourself a good massage every night before hitting the hay. 👍
