Blood on the toilet paper in Health ·
So, did you actually get a fecal occult blood test? I mean, whatever is going on down there, it’s gonna show up in the stool sample. Also, does this flare up more during the winter when it's freezing out? Like, do you deal with dry or oily skin normally? Or maybe it happens after hitting the citrus or spicy foods too hard? If so, you should probably chat with a dermatologist. And you mentioned sitting for long stretches—man, that's a recipe for hemorrhoids. Honestly, whenever I had to cram for exams, I just stayed in bed; no point in sitting 😍 .

Hygiene is huge here, too. Don't even bother with regular soap; grab a specific liquid wash meant for perianal care, like Hygeia ansoo. Oh, and are you someone who gets stressed easily?

I'm honestly baffled by these "maybe" diagnoses from doctors.
Mosquito bite wounds! in Health ·
Honestly, looks like you got hit by some tiger mosquitoes. They've been popping up everywhere here in the States lately. Last year, I got absolutely wrecked by them out on Manhattan, specifically in that massive stretch of woods between Newport and Key West—I’m always wandering through the brush and thickets like a maniac. Ever since those islands and purple patches showed up, all I’ve got to show for it are these weird pale spots on my upper arm. A bit of aloe gel worked wonders for the itching and the sting, though.
Humidity allergies (plus pet allergies!) in Health ·
Yeah, would it be a good idea to get him some effervescent zinc or something? Someone mentioned it helps during these brutal allergy seasons. 😕[/QUOTE

I've heard people say effervescent calcium tablets can help out with allergies too.

Honestly, Flonase is a lifesaver for nasal sprays—it worked wonders for me. Maybe check with your doctor about it though.
Sweaty feet help? in Health ·
Seriously, try to dodge closed-toe shoes as much as you can right now while it's summer. You've got tons of options like sandals (without socks🙂) or flip-flops—they're everywhere and super trendy lately. If you absolutely have to wear socks, stick to 100% cotton. Make sure your shoes are made from natural materials too; stay far away from all that cheap plastic and synthetic rubber stuff. Also, pro tip: just dust your feet with some talcum powder. It soaks up all that extra sweat and keeps that "stinky feet" smell from taking over.
