Just about a month ago, I was sitting at 230 pounds when I finally made the decision to hit the gym and start shedding all that extra weight... the initial transition was incredibly rough, but now, whenever I catch my reflection in the mirror, I can clearly see where all that mass went...

I’m down to 210 pounds now... it feels like a balanced mix of gaining some muscle while burning off the fat.

However, I’ve run into a bit of a dilemma... my skin is hanging quite loosely all over—my arms, legs, and stomach... it honestly looks pretty unsightly.
