Hey, hope you guys don't mind me bumping this thread up a bit.

I was wondering if anyone could give me a realistic estimate of how bad my results might look on this test. Here’s the thing: I can’t actually run. Honestly, even walking fast is a struggle because I start getting winded immediately—it feels like I just can't catch enough air, if that makes sense 😁. On top of that, I’ve had several episodes where I get dizzy and feel like I’m suffocating, especially when I'm in tight spaces or when it gets hot outside.
Just for context, I have triple scoliosis, and my doctor mentioned there's a chance my spine might be putting pressure on my lungs. Depending on how that plays out, I might be moved up the list for surgery.

You’d probably get much better advice if you asked about specific experiences over on this thread:
Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I'd be looking seriously at surgery. Your spinal curvature is massive, and let's face it—it's likely only going to get worse from here.

Honestly, you should probably look into some stretching routines. I found a few options on this site:
But let’s be real—everyone’s body is wired differently. No random person on the internet can tell you exactly which moves won't mess you up, so you'd be much better off just booking an appointment with a physical therapist or an orthopedist.

honestly, this is just a worse version of the first two movies. and it’s definitely not even funny.

I don't think so—you’d probably find it pretty hard to even take a breath.
Go hit up a gym or something, and maybe grab some advice from a physical therapist who can actually point you toward the right exercises.

Personally, I’d suggest seeing Dr. Smith over in Oakland.
It’s better to jump straight into physical therapy, a brace, or whatever else they recommend—don't wait around, because things can get ugly fast if you let it linger.
And honestly? I don't think you ever really "cure" this thing entirely.
