Nausea and back pain in Health ·
Same thing happening over here
My lower back right under the shoulder blade is killing me
I’ve been thinking for a while now that maybe it isn't just a back issue
And honestly, my stomach and gallbladder have been acting up too

...so I gave this beet, apple, lemon, and carrot blend a shot too
It’s actually pretty decent!
Just waiting to see if I notice any real difference...

Two years ago, I felt like I was at my absolute peak...
And now, I just don't have the energy to function :/
Everyone keeps telling me nothing is wrong..
I'll go ahead and get those tests done, though I think I've already covered most of it. I'm just really hoping this finally gets to the bottom of things..

..it's nothing!
Don't bother them, just focus on us
Last September, I caught a nasty case of strep throat
It hit me so hard I had to get a penicillin shot, then I took some antibiotic—maybe Cephalexin, I can't be 100% sure
Then three weeks later, my throat flared up again and I was back on antibiotics
I honestly feel like everything has just gone downhill since then

With what exactly?
Can someone explain this like I'm five...

I'll
make sure to do that first...

...Man, I'm struggling.
Every time I lay down, my mind just starts racing with random thoughts
that make absolutely no sense at all.
I get startled by even the tiniest noise—not like a full body jump, but more like my brain just jolts.
And if I actually manage to drift off, it’s only for a second.
What should I do?
..hm
I don't even know what to say to all that
I've been feeling a bit off myself lately
My back has been absolutely killing me these last six months, and I'm just constantly exhausted
My blood pressure hit 140/110 with a resting heart rate of 100
I've had the full works done—EKG, Holter, echocardiogram, stress test
Got my spine checked out too, nothing major, just the classic L5 and S1 issues
Blood work came back fine
Thyroid levels look normal too
And yet, I still feel so strange...

what kind of work did they do
I mean, did they travel outside the US
because apparently things are getting pretty weird abroad too
Quick question about brakes in Cycling ·

The Kon Splice might be a decent 29er, but the brakes are absolute garbage...
Even if you were dealing with crappy Novellas or IOs, at least you know what you're getting. But those Promax mechanics? They're even worse; basically one step away from the no-name Chinese stuff you find on cheap kids' bikes.

I assume you have your reasons for picking a 29er and sticking with those brakes—I really hope you aren't planning on hitting any mountain trails, because honestly, a decent V-brake would be a hundred times more reliable for that kind of riding. You won't see any real improvement until you swap the whole system out, not just the pads (and I'm not even sure if you can even find replacements for these locally or online)

so it's a lost cause then...
what should I do to make it right?
sell it...
or keep sinking money into it?

Hey everyone!
I'm running into an issue
I just got a new bike, a Kon Splice which comes with 19 miles mechanical disc brakes.
I live near some hills—nothing massive, but enough to matter.
Someone told me the discs need a bit of a break-in period before they really start biting, which makes sense...
But honestly, it feels like even after five or six descents, they aren't getting any better.
I can see grooves forming on them, which definitely shouldn't be happening, though I checked to make sure they were aligned properly and everything looks fine.
It’s almost like the pads are too hard...
When I start heading downhill, it's fine at first, but after about 150 meters, it starts making this grinding noise.
Does anyone know if there are better aftermarket pads I can pick up, or should I just stick with these and deal with the noise...
