Forget about trying to please everyone else, just focus on being the absolute best, most gorgeous, and sharpest version of yourself—treat yourself like you're the VIP, and eventually, the rest of the world will start treating you that way too. Oh, and one more thing—try to lighten up a bit. Start finding the punchline in everything, even if it means making a joke at your own expense once in a while. Trust me, life is a hell of a lot easier when you don't take yourself so seriously.
Mine’s always been on the lower side too—currently sitting at around 100/70 with a heart rate of 89, which honestly feels fine... except for the fact that I’m constantly dealing with these dizzy spells. Look, I know it’s nothing life-threatening, but man, I am just so damn tired of this constant exhaustion. It’s like a cycle of being sleepy, then tired, then sleepy again... I think coffee helps me stay afloat, though let's be real, I'm basically addicted at this point. Hey Ethan Wilson94, the only time I actually felt somewhat decent over the last couple of years was when I was doing some intense cardio workouts, and I’m definitely getting back into a routine this fall... I guess anything is better than feeling like a zombie all the time.
