Joseph Watson3 said:Like I said before—it's basically just a pile of sugar with a tiny sprinkle of minerals and vitamins. You can find the exact same profile in almost any mass-produced box of corn flakes or granola you grab at a grocery store. So, what exactly makes this stuff "medicinal"? As for that whole "vitality" pitch... you could probably sell that to some elderly ladies while you're busy swindling them with overpriced honey jars.😉

Except, per the data, 100g of honey contains as many essential amino acids as seven eggs. I'm not entirely sure how much you actually understand regarding the medicinal properties of honey itself... I wasn't questioning whether using honey makes sense—that’s been a given since ancient civilizations across the globe—but rather the flavor profiles of the specific dishes prepared with it that were posted on "👍

I stumbled upon www.honeybee-enthusiasts.com after a buddy sent over the link—it’s a site dedicated to beekeeping. It is packed with old-school recipes using honey as a medicinal ingredient... I’m curious, obviously, but I’m hesitant to actually try any of them. Has anyone here actually attempted one of these remedies?☕

My apologies, Richard Hall74—I may have gotten a bit carried away with the topic. Of course, most people are generally correct... I’ve taken it myself, and frankly, any improvement was merely temporary. It wasn't until I overhauled my diet to include more iron-rich foods that I saw lasting results. The truth? It temporarily stains your teeth and, well, your stool—but if you keep those two things separate, there shouldn't be any "fatal" consequences.🤣>
My experience with Ferrum in Health ·
I know a guy who downed so many boxes of Ferrum that his iron levels hit an absurd 87% saturation—his transferrin saturation was off the charts. It reached the point where he’d set off every metal detector at LAX, and apparently, dentists couldn't even drill into his teeth because they had essentially metallicized... they actually started rusting. Terrifying, really.
The poor man had to undergo an expensive deferrumization procedure—he actually had to fly all the way to India just because they harvest that excess iron there to manufacture components for precision instruments, like high-end watches and such.
