Dealing with gut yeast overgrowth? in Health ·
Both were pretty intense. I ran tests for parasites and Candida.

Other than that, I don't really have any other symptoms.

Come on, what kind of answer is that? 😲

The only symptoms I have are terrible bloating, and that’s about it. No pain.

What does "in the total stool culture" actually mean?

Why are you being so stingy with the details? What are you thinking, you naive soul? I guess there's no reason why it couldn't just be solved with a single capsule, right?

And honestly? You can wipe out those gut invaders with a single prescription capsule. Just one shot and it's done.

One single capsule??? I don't know about that. What's the name of the med?

Hey there, my doctor recently sent me for a stool culture test because of some digestive issues, and this was the result:

"Candida species isolated in total coproculture at a 15% representation"

Can anyone explain what this actually means? Should I be worried? Is 15% considered a lot or just a little?

I know a bit about candidiasis, including the symptoms and typical treatments, but I'm curious why the report says "Candida species" instead of specifically "Candida albicans." Also, I'm wondering about that 15% figure...

Thanks for any help
