dustypilot11😬this looks like a strudel inside a volcano😲

Killer photo. I bet having a sweet bite like that right there is pure bliss 👍

I've got some mini cookies baking in my oven right now😉

Killer shot... honestly, that little bite of heaven right there looks like pure bliss 👍

I've got some tiny cookies baking in my oven right now😉

just let them burn until the whole kitchen is filled with smoke and you'll have your own volcano... no travel required...

dustypilot11👍 did you post any more photos somewhere else? Get moving.

Hiking through volcanoes sounds great, but how’s that knee holding up?

Rachel Palmer56, basically just an empty pastry crust with nothing inside 😬
Buzz, man, I’m out here just wandering, sometimes I find a snack, sometimes I don't 😁

Those volcanoes aren't too bad, dustypilot11.😬
Take care of yourself and eat plenty whenever you get the chance.🙂

Jack, grab some coffee and maybe some donuts or walnut fritters.😉

Man, I love these walnut jam pastries.
I totally overdid it on the sugar though, definitely wasn't supposed to be hitting this hard 6 months in 😳

Nice. Did you actually eat it, or just sacrifice it to the gods by tossing it into a volcano? 😁

Man, I can smell those from here. They look incredible. Every single one of mine turns out looking totally different, but yours are all perfectly uniform.😉

What's the recipe🎉?

If you’re looking to make these vegan, just swap out the butter for some margarine and use almond milk instead of dairy—it doesn't really change the flavor profile much at all... quite tasty!

500g all-purpose flour
250g shredded coconut
200g sugar
1 stick of butter
18 tbsp milk

Just mix all the ingredients together to form a dough, then shape them into little rolls
Bake them at 325°F for a short bit—as soon as the bottoms start to turn a light golden color, they're ready to come out of the oven... enjoy!

Man, I didn't even think about the vegan crowd. You definitely need options like that when you have guests over, and I bet they taste amazing.👍

Keep 'em coming.🎉

👍

Those rolls look delicious.

I think I might try swapping the coconut for some walnuts next time. 🙂

Bacci di dama—honestly, they might be my absolute favorite cookies ever, but oh my goodness, the sheer amount of work involved... I haven't made them in ages because of all that effort
But man, the flavor? Truly a showstopper

I actually grabbed the recipe from the Brooklyn blog

They look amazing. Honestly, even with the best ones, there’s always more work to do, but they're killer👍

I'm probably gonna try to knock one out when I get home from work😉

Just keep posting them here🎉

So, here’s my very own take on those coconut Raffaello truffles—some girls from the Jedozovan duo crew actually posted them on their blog, and then a few of my other blogger friends picked them up too...
If I could somehow copyright this recipe, I’d probably be sitting on a fortune by now 😬

I’ll give yours a shot then. Honestly, I usually just pair them with something else since I prefer keeping things as simple as possible. 🙂

I think I'll just follow your recipe exactly—actually, I might just whip up a double batch alongside my usual ones since I'm really aiming for the path of least resistance here... 🙂

Honestly, it’s a total breeze—just prep the mixture a day ahead, let it chill in the fridge overnight, and then you can just roll the little bites whenever you're ready.

But seriously, the flavor is an absolute knockout.

Found this recipe on a food blog over in Chicago.

Man, these look incredible.
They kind of remind me of those unglazed peach pastries you see at local bakeries, though looking closer, the texture seems totally different. 🙂
