The forum feels somewhat exclusionary to me at times.π€
By the way, provide your prediction for the champion.π

Anyway, why don't you throw in a prediction for who's taking the trophy home? π
The champion? Well, if I had to put my money on someone, I'd say Argentina.π

It seems you've forfeited those extra points just as I have.π€£

If you aren't willing to take a gamble, how can you expect to see any real returns? π

USA - Brazil 1:1
Netherlands - Argentina 2:1
World champion: Brazil
I might be contradicting myself since the Brazilians could technically pull this off in a penalty shootout. But whatever. π

America vs. Brazilβit ended in a 1:1 draw. I guess you could say it was a bit of a stalemate, though perhaps more frustrating than expectedβgiven how much momentum seemed to shift during the match. Itβs hard to say for sure if either side truly dominated, but maybe we saw a glimpse of what could happen if both teams find their rhythm.
I suppose I should probably mention that the Netherlands-Argentina 2 match ended up being a 2:1 victory for the Netherlandsβthough, looking back, I guess anything could have happened in a game like that.

USA vs. Brazil 1:3
Argentina vs. Netherlands 3:2
Iβm still sitting here thinking tomorrow will probably see France take down England and Portugal vs Morocco... which would set up some pretty heavy semifinals like Argentina vs. France and Brazil vs. Portugal. (Though honestly, those matchups might be a bit underwhelming...π€ )
And then the grand finale would be Argentina vs. Brazil, where Brazil ends up crowned the world champion.

Well, I am too, even though you spent the whole time making fun of both of us. π

The US is the world champion... I mean, this is actually insane, people... Iβm literally tearing up here...
