God damn it, the author of this appeal clearly harbors some sort of petty, provincial grudge against Tomic. It’s likely born out of resentment because he’s significantly older than him, but age doesn't give anyone a pass to act like this. Just because you're an elder doesn't mean you don't have to leave the Ice Snow White's little trinket behind when you head to the bedroom.
What exactly is your issue here? I fail to see what could possibly be considered idiotic about this situation, other than the sheer pointlessness of your comment.

The issue here, if you actually read the thread, is that we aren't just talking about Tom Cruise's work; people are arguing over whether he's actually the best. Or maybe it's Michael Caine? Or all those Schwarzenegger types...? 🙄 We could have avoided this whole mess if the title wasn't so poorly chosen. A bad title leads to a messy thread, and predictably, it turned into a total circus. I don't expect anyone with half a brain to jump into this level of chaos unless they're just doing it for the laughs. 🙄

Then we moved on to the box office numbers, but then you jumped in and argued that ticket sales aren't a true measure of quality, so we dropped that too... So now what?
