Around here, we always go with fish chowder topped with roe, or chicken or pork cutlets served with potato salad. But listen, the potato salad has to be done right: finely diced potatoes, eggs, mayo, pickles, ham, salt, and pepper. That’s the whole recipe.
Everyone does it differently, though. Some people throw in carrots and peas to make it more like a French style.

I just finished watching Holiday, and honestly, it was pretty cute.

So, have you guys tackled the windows and curtains yet, or finally gotten around to dusting everything? Do you usually go through this whole massive deep-cleaning ritual right before Christmas, or are you the type who keeps on top of things all year round so it stays tidy? 😬

Personally, I’ve been taking the slow approach—just picking one little thing to clean each day that I usually overlook, and I just keep going until I'm done. It takes the pressure off.

We don't have any homegrown wheat, but we're definitely leaning into the holiday spirit. I even have an artificial tree back in my apartment in New York. It’s gonna be a lively season!
