Red Bull Racing is clearly the superior machine, so I don't really see how Mercedes or Lewis could pull off a championship this year, unless something absolutely wild and catastrophic happens to Red Bull.__

Yeah, I'm with you there. Back in Turkey, it was basically just Lewis Hamilton's skill that kept Valtteri Bottas from falling apart, allowing him to dominate that wet race. Because, well, everyone's known for years now that when the weather gets unpredictable, Bottas is pretty much untouchable.

So, there we have it, if one wishes to look at the data to see who truly stands out through sheer merit and whose machinery simply holds the edge. Is it not interesting how the numbers tell such a clear story?
And let us not even begin to dwell upon those unfortunate errors made by a certain driver from Mercedes...

Honestly, Mercedes is probably gonna grab the constructors' title—that's a given. But we’ve seen this movie before; they always seem to taper off toward the end of the season. Usually, it doesn't matter because they've already built up a massive lead, but right now? They're actually sliding backward thanks to Lewis Hamilton's points deficit, and I just don't see a sudden surge coming to save them. Then again, anything can happen.

Besides, that whole race is getting pretty boring anyway. I'd much rather watch what happens with Ferrari and McLaren. Ferrari somehow clawed their way out of the gutter unexpectedly—if they didn't have a bunch of absolute amateurs running the pit wall, they might actually give McLaren a run for their money.

And don't even get me started on the mistakes made by a certain Mercedes driver...

Look, I'm talking about how things stand right this second, not some vague seasonal average.
It is blindingly obvious that Red Bull Racing has the fastest car on the grid at this moment, even if Mercedes and Red Bull were neck-and-neck back at the start of the season.
Given that reality, I highly doubt Mercedes—or Lewis Hamilton specifically—can fight for the championship and turn things around in these final few races, especially not with Red Bull running this hot right now.

It seems entirely evident that Red Bull currently possesses the strongest car on the grid, even if Mercedes and Red Bull might have appeared more evenly matched at the start of the season.
And given that particular reality, I find myself doubting whether Mercedes—specifically Lewis Hamilton—can truly contend for the championship and stage a comeback in these final few races, now that Red Bull has gained such incredible momentum.

In Turkey, Mercedes was actually the superior car.🤷

It is perfectly evident that Red Bull currently possesses the strongest car on the grid, even if Mercedes and Red Bull appeared to be on equal footing at the start of the season.

One DNF for one driver and a victory for another could decide everything right now. It comes down to Mercedes or Red Bull, regardless...

Max Verstappen can make up for one Max's DNF. Lewis Hamilton can't recover from one DNF.

That pretty much shows who stands out through pure talent and whose car is actually superior.
Not to mention those mistakes made by a certain Mercedes driver...

Whatever.

Quick question... Is it actually possible for Lewis Hamilton to use Bottas's engine? I've been searching on Google, but I can't find a clear answer. From what I can gather in the rulebook, each driver is allowed three engines and other components, and those parts can be swapped around—as long as you don't exceed the limit of changes and trigger a penalty. The regulations seem a bit murky to me, and I honestly can't find anything stating that teams aren't allowed to share components between their own drivers.

I couldn't help but wonder if Mercedes is essentially sacrificing Bottas just to make sure they have enough fresh components left for Lewis Hamilton at the end of the season...

Nah, he can't.

We all know who's out of their league here. Every statistic and every top expert agrees that Red Bull has the best car on the grid this season, but apparently, you think you're smarter than everyone else.

The fact that you choose to label someone a fool carries very little weight, does it not? Because if one truly wishes to be perceived as a serious individual, one must move beyond merely tossing out quick one-liners and instead make a concerted effort to present actual evidence to support their claims.

For instance, it is certainly not an established fact that all statistics prove Red Bull Racing has the best car; if we look at the specific data I previously shared, the conclusion might differ significantly. 🙄

And as for these "eminent experts" you mention, would you be so kind as to provide a single credible source?

What are you guys even watching? Seriously.🤔

Red Bull is miles ahead of Mercedes. Ferrari and McLaren are faster too, but at least you can catch them. Alfa is dangerous, and Williams is looking decent as well...
Mercedes is honestly a wreck. Probably the worst car on the grid—I mean, we're barely better than Haas at this point.😳

Toto Wolff and the rest of Lewis's crew are totally spinning their wheels.🤣

I don't see how Lewis wins the title this year either...
Because let's be real, Lewis is having his absolute worst season of the turbo era. He's making endless amateur mistakes and embarrassing himself constantly. It actually reminds me of that season where he kept crashing into Massic...
How much of a beast that Mercedes is really shows by the fact that he's even fighting for the title. With the way he's driving this season, he shouldn't even be in the top three.
And if Rosberg were in the other garage right now, he would have literally slapped him all season. Rosberg would've wrapped up the title ages ago.☕

I mean, he probably would've just absolutely bullied the entire grid, I guess. Like, looking at how he's currently making life pretty difficult for Lando Norris, you know?

Oh, they'd slap Max too, that much is certain. And by extension, they'd slap the whole damn field, because he’d be sitting comfortably at the top of the championship standings.

I mean, honestly, it's pretty much just like when he's absolutely laying into Lando Norris.
