Trolling with "U" on the Soccer subforum

So, we're talking about this particular user... Pampelona Which one... With every single post... The letter "U" is sticking out. A quick review should do the trick... The history of his posts... To give you a better idea of what I'm talking about, I'll highlight a few examples...

If someone’s personal style was to write out SS or HH instead of using regular letters, would we really just let that slide? If this were a sports forum, would it suddenly be okay? Where do we actually draw the line?
