I just logged on as a guest to see how things are going in the US, and man, people are really getting into it. It looks like Dusty is still going at it with Sisyphus over that whole "mandible" debate, and honestly, it feels like they both just lost their minds out of nowhere. Just total chaos for no reason.
I’ve actually been trying to keep things pretty chill and respectful for quite a while now, even though I occasionally get hit with some pretty nasty insults—or at least, that's what those guys seem to think they're doing.

I honestly feel like some of the absolute best people on this board either moved over to the US scene or just completely walked away because of one single individual.

Look, if the moderation team and the admins decide to pull the trigger on that, then fine by me—but they should at least lay out the reasoning first and give a heads-up before everything goes south. I haven't received any notice or anything about this. It honestly feels a bit like Stalin scrubbing his old buddies out of photos and official records just to make them vanish. It’s wild when someone just decides you don't exist anymore.🙄

I didn't get anything out of it. I had just dropped a couple of posts—nothing even remotely controversial—and popped down to the grocery store to grab some stuff for a pie, then I come back and boom, I've been partially banned.
So, latica just told me she’s totally speechless and honestly, she’s just as shocked as I am.🙂

Honestly, wanderingheron9 was basically a saint, while Ludica couldn't care less about what happens on the US side.
So, I suppose Nica finally stepped in and did something to try and dial down the chaos on that subforum, which pretty much proves she thinks the moderation over there is a total disaster too.

Though, if we're being real, she's always been kind of a joke when it comes to moderating. She could have at least given the guy a heads-up, especially since everything he's done up until now was totally fine.
Actually, it feels more like they were practically egging him on to act that way, and then—BAM—suddenly he's facing a partial ban. 🤣

To make the whole situation even more ridiculous, if he just comes back using a clone account, he'd probably just keep posting there without anyone even blinking an eye.
