From what I've gathered, if you want to slap a partial ban on someone, the whole moderator and admin crew has to be on board first, and then they put it up for a vote.
I always just assumed all that stuff happened after someone racked up a bunch of warnings, penalty points, or full-on bans.
But hey, nothing like that has ever happened to me. I always figured I was a pretty decent, rule-following user around here.
I mean, sure, I used to mess around with some ads back in the day, but even that feels like a lifetime ago...

Super rushed, no real foundation.
The thing is, I didn't go to that PZK.
I never let on what happened; I just waited those six months and then regularly asked for it to be removed.

That's a pretty cowardly move by the Admin.☕

Partial bans usually last at least six months before you can even start looking into whether they might be lifted. Just don't bother trying to negotiate a return during those first six months; it won't work.

I honestly don't think a lack of censorship means the moderation is failing. In fact, that’s exactly what I loved most about the place—having the freedom to actually debate things openly and even get a little heated if the situation called for it. From what I can see, this whole PDF setup is about to turn into some overly sanitized, "safe space" bubble if they go ahead and hand over control to those notorious characters like Deadman, Junius, or Dubu.
Now I'm starting to wonder if Nica might actually be a subhuman.

The whole point of this thread was to preserve all the high-quality reactions and protests against things like misogyny and body checking that we've been tolerating lately. Otherwise, everything would have just been wiped clean.

Give me a break. Mr. Admin opened this specific thread just to stash all the "top-tier" commentary regarding the US... so here are a few choice examples of those high-quality takes (well, at least the ones aimed at me).

Honestly, I don't even get the point of this thread—it makes zero sense. People keep saying "it's not happening," but it is, it absolutely is. It's just that these "pick-me" types love it when some unfulfilled serial killer, traumatized by his own mother, starts throwing around labels. I really hope he checks out before he actually manages to hurt a woman.

I honestly think he's just some lonely guy on the spectrum, totally disconnected from reality. He gives off major "bullied in middle school" vibes, trying to act like a big shot in his 30s when he never actually was one. He’s being such a coward about it. I noticed that too; so many of these short guys struggle with their masculinity. To me, he doesn't seem autistic at all, just like a guy who is seriously struggling with his manhood and is overcompensating.
