Women at any age are really just girls with a massive amount of life experience under their belts🧐

I mean, honestly, insomnia isn't always just about being wired or having too much caffeine. It could be anything. If someone is dealing with underlying health issues—you know, things like liver problems, kidney issues, or even just stomach and intestinal trouble... or if there's fluid retention causing them to have to get up in the middle of the night... all of that plays a role. And then, of course, there's stress. God knows how much that affects everything.
