Both the face and the physique.

Honestly, I would have said the exact same thing. I could never bring myself to call someone "hot" just because they have a perfect body—strictly according to my preferences—if their face was unattractive. Conversely, I wouldn't call someone attractive simply because they have a handsome face if they were only 5'5". 😁
In short, it is either the entire package, or it is nothing at all.

As for me, I come as part of the whole package. 😛

Honestly, Ben Affleck isn't even attractive—not by a long shot. He’s mostly stuck with that tedious baby face, he’s gotten quite heavy, developed a noticeable double chin, and frankly, he is a mediocre actor at best who only landed roles because of Matt Damon; otherwise, nobody would have ever heard his name. He would be the perfect candidate to run Berkshire Hathaway, and I truly believe that would be the absolute peak of his career. I honestly dread having to sit through one of his movies.

I can't really speak to how he looks, but man, Matt Damon is such an incredible actor. That Bourne trilogy is absolute perfection. 👌

He truly is one of the heavyweights of his generation. Personally, I’ve always been a massive fan of Robert Ludlum’s work—so I am genuinely thrilled that it was Matt who took on the role of Bourne.

Are we really talking about Robert Ludlum?

Of course we are. After all, he is the one who originally crafted the very essence of Bourne's identity.

slyraven27 said:Exactly. He’s the one who actually wrote Bourne's identity.

Honestly, I completely blanked on that, even though I’ve read two of his books.

(My wife usually flies through three or four books a month.) Robert Ludlum was definitely one of her favorites. That’s how I first stumbled upon his work, but you're totally right—it completely slipped my mind that he was the author behind it.

I absolutely adore him. I've always had a soft spot for political thrillers, and Robert Ludlum is easily at the top of my list. I've devoured a mountain of his titles and watched all the film adaptations, and right now, I'm working my way through Parsifal's Mosaic. To be honest, it's been a bit of a struggle lately—my concentration hasn't been great, so I've actually restarted this particular book three times already. 🙂

I picked up his *Death Factor* and *The Cassandra Contract*. He’s got some seriously wild conspiracy theories in there—definitely keeps you on your toes! 😂

I actually read his Death Factor and the Cassandra Contract—he really does have some incredibly fascinating "conspiracy" theories in there. 😂

😁
Look, at the end of the day, we are talking about novels—pure fiction—but even then, there is often a layer of genuine substance beneath the surface. 🙂

Take Da Vinci's Code by Brown, for instance. Life isn't always just black and white. 🙂

Take Brown's DaVincijev code, for example. Life isn't just black and white; things are rarely that simple. 🙂

Well, what can I say? My wife finished reading it recently. 😛
I haven't actually read the DaVincijev code, nor have I seen the movie. 😱

People tell me I'm pretty hot myself. Try beating that. 😉

I've actually never read or even seen The DaVinci Code. 😱

People keep telling me I'm pretty hot, too. Try beating that 😉

I hear that all the time myself
and honestly, I don't find it weird at all to compete against a woman🤣

I’m a huge fan of Brown; I’ve read everything he’s put out, and most of his books are sitting right on my shelf at home.

But it is his exploration of identity—that is his strongest suit.🙏

I have actually gone through some of his books once, maybe even twice. 🙂
I simply adore Ludlum's work.

I mean, how else would you describe anything other than someone's face or body if you're using the word "beautiful"?

Brains can't really be "beautiful." Sure, intelligence can be attractive. Character can definitely be attractive. But when we say "beautiful," we’re talking about something physical, right? 🤷
