Best laptop under $600?

I’m looking to pick up a laptop for around $1300 all taxes included, and I definitely need it to come with Windows pre-installed. My main goal is just to be able to run both older titles and some newer games without much trouble. Ideally, I’d love a machine that doesn't rely on anything even remotely close to Intel integrated graphics.
To be honest, I don't really know the first thing about laptops.

You'll be able to run quite a few newer titles on lower settings with this. But don't expect the heavy hitters to be playable at all.

For that price point and given your requirements (Windows), you won't find anything better. This Dell is actually the only one in its class coming with Windows and a 940MX GPU; everything else at this budget is even weaker.
