I honestly can't get my head straight right now. 😵 I'm whipping up some soup for dinner, and Ero's been eating "my" soups two nights in a row now, even though he's usually not much of a soup guy. 😵

Nothing fancy, really. I just roughly chop some garlic, dice up a carrot, and throw in this stuff (which is basically the star of the show). Add enough salt, toss in some cumin, parsley, and whatever other spices I can find in the pantry, and it’s pretty much ready in no time 😵

EDIT: I drizzle a bit of olive oil in right at the end.

So yeah, zucchini and veggie soup. It's solid. I usually add a splash of heavy cream to thicken it up🙂

Makes it a nice creamy soup🙂

Pretty much, yeah. My doctor actually put me on medical leave, though.
